Shipping Policy

Pre-order

All bundles are currently on pre-order. Stock is expected to arrive in mid-December. We will keep you updated if this changes.

Option 1: Free click and collect

• Collect from 116 Edith St, Innisfail QLD 4860.
• We will email you when your order is ready, usually 2–4 days after stock arrives.
• Please bring your order number and photo ID. Bundles are bulky and heavy, so bring a suitable vehicle and help to load.

Option 2: FNQ delivery – $499

• A scheduled delivery run, available only to postcodes from Townsville to Port Douglas, including the Atherton Tablelands.
• Delivery is usually 1–3 weeks after stock arrives. We will email you to book a time.
• Someone must be home to receive the delivery, and the site must be safely accessible. If a delivery fails because no one was home or access was unsafe, extra charges may apply to redeliver.
• If your postcode is outside our area, we will contact you and either offer click and collect or refund your order.

No other shipping

We do not ship outside the area above, and we do not ship internationally.

Risk and inspection

Risk passes to you on collection or delivery. Please inspect the goods then and report any damage promptly (see our Refund and Returns Policy).
