The pool

What is drop stitch?
Drop stitch is the same technology used in inflatable stand-up paddle boards (SUPs). Thousands of threads join the inner and outer walls. When you pump it up, those threads hold the walls flat, so the pool inflates rock-hard like a paddle board. No frame needed.

Do I need an installer?
No. It's DIY. You need level, clear ground and power for the pump and filter.

Can I use normal chemicals?
Yes. Standard chemicals and magnesium or mineral systems are fine. Follow the product instructions.

What if it gets a puncture?
Use the repair kit for small holes, and email us about anything bigger.

What's the warranty?
A 1-year manufacturer warranty, plus your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Safety & regulations

Do pool fencing laws apply?
Yes. In Queensland, any pool that can hold 300mm or more of water needs a compliant pool safety barrier and QBCC registration. That includes inflatable and portable pools, and all four of our sizes.

Can a cover replace a fence?
No. A pool cover is never a safety barrier.

Can I put it on a deck?
Only if a qualified professional confirms the structure can hold the full weight of the filled pool.
